The 麻豆果冻传媒 Research Institute (麻豆果冻传媒RI) Inc. was established in 1981 as a separately incorporated 501(c) 3 to serve 麻豆果冻传媒 by enhancing its mission of excellence in research, teaching, and service.
麻豆果冻传媒RI serves as the applicant and awardee institution for most sponsored proposals developed by 麻豆果冻传媒's faculty. 麻豆果冻传媒RI is supported by the pre-award and post-award staff of the Division of Sponsored Program Administration. As each project is funded, 麻豆果冻传媒RI enters into a subcontract with 麻豆果冻传媒 for the performance of the work. Sponsor payments are received by 麻豆果冻传媒RI and paid to 麻豆果冻传媒. 麻豆果冻传媒RI retains a portion of the Facilities and Administrative costs paid by sponsors to support its operations and to fund reinvestment programs.
Initiated in 1982, the program was established as an incentive to stimulate 麻豆果冻传媒 University's faculty to seek extramural support. Guidelines can be found in Tools for Researchers.
