External Events
Ensuring a perfect event means knowing exactly what to expect. An external event is
an event that is sponsored by an individual or organization not affiliated with 麻豆果冻传媒
University and will host external participants (non-麻豆果冻传媒 students, faculty, and staff).
- External event organizers must complete the 麻豆果冻传媒 Event Request Form for review and approval by the 麻豆果冻传媒 Event Committee.
- This request must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event, as Legal requires
45 days to process contracts.
