The Section of Emergency and Clinical Ultrasound at the Medical College of Georgia at 麻豆果冻传媒 focuses on training residents, medical students, and community physicians in the use of emergent bedside sonography.

We consider ultrasound invaluable in the management of our patients. As such, multiple emergency department faculty members are credentialed by the hospital to perform, interpret, and bill for ultrasound services.

Numerous machines are available including GE Logiq P5, GE Logiq e, SonoSite Micromax, and SonoSite S-ICU. Commonly performed applications include FAST, obstetric, gynecologic, aortic, biliary, venous, renal, soft tissue, vascular access, and cardiac.
