Participants with accepted SeDR abstracts will present their research in the form of a poster presentation on the day of the event. Posters will be archived on the SeDR website for external audiences. Review the for complete information on creating and submitting a poster for SeDR. 

Poster presenters can opt to also enter the Poster Presentation Competition, which is a judged event. Monetary awards are provided to authors of the highest-scoring presentations. 

Friday, March 27, 2026 is the absolute deadline for poster submissions if the DCG Associate Dean of Research鈥檚 office is to print your poster.  After this date, you will be responsible for printing your own poster at your own expense. Please refer to your acceptance email to determine if your poster will be printed on your behalf or if you are responsible for printing it and bringing it with you to the event. 

Please submit your poster as a PowerPoint file, named: 鈥�LastName_FirstName_Poster.鈥�

Participants may use either landscape or portrait design. 

麻豆果冻传媒 affiliates should use the templates below to ensure the correct 麻豆果冻传媒 colors, aspect ratio, and physical size. External participants may use poster templates from their institution, but please ensure they are one of the dimensions below.* Templates have been developed for printing at the 麻豆果冻传媒 Copy Center. If you need to change the dimensions or orientation, please reach out to the Office of Research (dcgsedr@augusta.edu) prior to submitting your poster.
